Do I need to register to order?

Yes, we require a register account to order. Please register through this link.

Are the price online negotiable?

The selling price is final unless a promotion is going on. If you would like to request for take-all price, feel free to contact 760-900-0288 or sales@foggybottomtech.com

How to pay the order?

You can pay your order online with all major credit cards*, or send us money orders, cashier’s checks and wire transfers to the following bank account. (*surcharges apply for credit card payments)

Can you arrange shipment?

All the shipments require buyer to pick up from FOB warehouse. Within 1-3 business days after the order is paid, warehouse specialist will contact and provide shipment information and assist with the shipment pick-up.

What if my shipment has discrepancy?

Customers must inspect all shipments when received and note any discrepancy on the trucker’s delivery receipt or bill of lading form. Any claim regarding shipping discrepancies must be submitted within ten days of receipt of order

What’s your return policy?

A return can be accepted no later than 14 days of receipt of the order and need in original condition. Please request prior authorization before ship the return order.
